沢山の励ましのメッセージ、有り難うございます。ほんとうに感謝です!

先日少しだけレコードを見ていたら、これが安価で売ってましたので、嬉しくなって仕入れてしまいました。後は、定番／名盤を３枚ほどなので、upするまでもなく、、、w 特にB面が良いのですが、その中でもReal Good Feelingが、ぐっときますw

久しぶりの音楽Upになります。前はハードな音ばかり聞いていたんですが、最近はこんな感じのが好きかも。海の音とか鳥とかの音に癒されるのは、父親になったせいか？w

屈辱w

音楽は毎日聞いているのですが、まだ、ショックから立ち直れず、なんかupする気にはならないので、最近の出来事でもw

ふう、実はこの1ヶ月完全禁酒しまして！！　全く問題なく楽に禁酒して、そして運動もし、水も飲み、がむしゃらに働いたのですが、、、。

ま、人生初のちゃんとした健康診断が今日だったので、そんなに張り切ったのですですw　ばりゅーむ（パフュームは実は好きw）を飲み、変な機械でこねくり回され、採血もとられ、待たされ、、、、。全部我慢したんですよ。「うにさん、いたって健康ですよ！！素敵ですw」って言ってもらえると思って、、、。

で、結果、ダメ出しw　看護婦さん曰く「お酒と食事は控えめに、運動を適度にして、水も沢山飲んで下さい！」　うーん、全てやってるのですが！！　てか、なぜに、そんなに体脂肪が高いの？筋肉だと思っていたこの体は、実は脂肪の固まり？先日のラグビー部のOB集会で、「ウニさん、少し小さくなりました？」ってのは、思いやり？ソレともOBの平均体重が３桁に乗ってるから？？？　うーん、本当に悲しくなってきました。

明日から、愛娘(MinnieとRoyファンみたい)のベイビースイミング+夜にだっこ紐でかつぎながらの近所の散歩で、さらなるダイエットをめざします！めざせ体脂肪１０％台w

Sunspel

まだ、喪に服しているので、音楽ネタもなんだかって感じです。なので、今日は愛用のSunspelの事でもw　
仕事の時は、できるだけ女子に嫌われない様に、そしてこの肥大した体を悟られない様に色々気を使っている訳ですが、家に帰るとやっぱり「らくちんちんw」が一番です。とりま、仕事から帰ったら直ぐ焼酎をグビっと飲み、靴を軽く手入れしてから、Sunspelのシャツとトランクスに着替えるのが日課ですw　数は持ってないんですが、この２年位は洗っては着るをずっと繰り返しています。
正直、お高いんですが、さらりとした感触が長期にわたってつづく（three dotsとは大違いかと、、、）のは、本当にすばらしく、是非おすすめしたいです。
はあ、今年のセールでなんか残ってないかなあ。

週末は、久しぶりにレコード屋さんに行ってきますw

そんなこんなで、大好きなMinnieさんの1枚。CDでしか持ってなかったのですが、やっとLPゲットです。部屋で少し大きめの音で、娘をだきしめながら、二人でゆらゆらw　庭で飼っているメダカちゃんもゆらゆらです（激キモチワルイですね、僕）w　もうすぐしたら、バラも咲き乱れるので、窓を明けて聴きたい1枚かも！！
