課題をやらなきゃ
なんと予選進出、出来たのです
大学に入ってから、今が1番勉強してる気がします
1年生の時は、たまにサボっても授業にはついていけたし、グループワークのように連帯責任になる課題って少なかったんです
でも今期は難しい講義を３つくらい取ってしまったし、ペアワーク、グループワーク、どちらもしょっちゅう発表があり、更に個人戦の発表、通常のライティングテスト....
頭を使うってこんなに疲れちゃうんだ〜〜
と、授業が終わったあと、疲れ過ぎて溜め息100連発しちゃう日もあるのですが.....色々考えたり覚えたりするのは脳に良いのか、去年は自分の低下した記憶力にイラついていたのに、最近ちょっと戻って来たように感じています

全国大学生英語プレゼンテーションコンテストに応募した結果は
なんと予選進出、出来たのです
でもね、辞退する人は昨日までに連絡する決まりだったので、約2週間、よーくよーーく考えて迷った末、今回は辞退したんです
何故かと言うと、予選と本戦は12月3日に開催。
それまでの準備期間は約1ヶ月だったのですが、今回、先にも書いた通り、大学の授業が思いの外とっても難しい上に、グループワーク、ペアワークが頻繁にあるので、授業以外の時間を使って調べ物や打ち合わせ、練習をするので.....
私個人の成績は悪くても良いけど(出来れば良い方がいいけど。)、クラスメイトに迷惑かけちゃうのが1番良くないなと思ったんです
コンテストと授業のテスト、どちらも完ぺきにこなせるスキルは.....絶対ないな、と冷静に判断して....
コンテストは来年も出られるけど、今期の単位や成績は、次回でいい訳ないから
そんな訳で....

If you have the chance to come overseas for your next vacation, you should definitely come to Japan, but perhaps not for the reasons you might think; you know the obvious ones like Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hokkaido blah! blah! Blah…
There are some hidden gems that you must uncover WHEN you come to Japan, and one of the best kept secrets that you can enjoy and then share with the world is, beyond a doubt, ATSUGI CITY.
Off course Tokyo is bright, busy, unique, diverse and pulsing with entertainment, BUT, today, I’m TELLING you to get off the beaten track and explore an authentic place that the guidebooks often miss, this place is Atsugi.
Your first point of reference should be ME. Look!! I was raised in Atsugi. Atsugi produced me!!
Whoops, by the way, I’m Sakura, Sakura means cherry blossom in Japanese — you must know Japanese cherry blossoms, they’re famous throughout the world, and this cherry blossom wants YOU to visit Atsugi to experience the real Japan.
Atsugi is just next to Tokyo and only takes 40-minutes by highway from the capital, or 40 minutes from Shinjuku by the special express “ROMANCE CAR” — and, here’s a tip, if you’re traveling with someone special, please reserve the FRONT seat and enjoy a romantic panoramic view.
The view is very urban to start with, but the train moves so fast your eyes will soon be transfixed on Atsugi’s beautiful nature.
Once you’re away from Tokyo, you’ll feel like you’ve arrived in a ‘Whole New World.’
You’ll be greeted by the majestic Sagamigawa — gawa means river in Japanese. Do you remember how to say ‘cherry blossom’ in Japanese? Of course you do!
In early summer time, the fish we called ‘Ayu’ (meaning sweet fish in English) returns to this river, attracting many locals to the river to fish.
Fishing is one of the best ways to relax. You must try catching a couple of Ayu when you’re in Atsugi, and why not try grilling them over an open fire and enjoy Atsugi’s wonderful fresh air. Or, just deep fry them, but don’t forget to add some salt to this local delight!
Once your belly’s full of Ayu, and it’s time to chill, you simply must visit NANASAWA Onsen in Atsugi. Onsen, means hot spring in English, but you probably knew that already, right?
It’s a small onsen, but has a long history. The water there is so soothing and is naturally hot and will wash away all your aches and pains. But, to be honest, the water itself is rather SLIMY, making it one of Japan’s more unique onsens, and yet another reason to visit Atsugi.
Once you’re squeaky clean after taking an onsen, it’s time to think about Atsugi’s famous pig farms!! Atsugi is famous in Japan for its pig farms, which of course means very fresh pork — & BBQ’d pork is a specialty in Atsugi.
In fact, one of the most famous dishes here is called shiro koro, which means ‘pigs innards’ in English — it’s super fresh and super yummy and just perfect when it’s BBQ’d.
Now, with a full tummy, clean skin and a fresh outlook of Japan, you can return to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo!!!
