トランプ大統領に関する暴露本The Room Where It Happened: A White House Memoir (English Edition)を出版したジョン・ボルトンに関してのトランプ大統領のツイート。ジョン・ボルトンを「Wacko John Bolton」と呼んだうえで、本は嘘ばっかりだとのべ、What a dope!でしめる。dopeは「マヌケ」という感じの意味なんで「なんてマヌケなやつなんだ」くらいだろうか。

19世紀の英国のスラングのwhackyからで、さらにはwhackからではないか、とのこと。
ちなみにどうでもいいですが、芸人のワッキーは本名が「脇田寧人」らしいです。
