Be Bestプログラムというのは、ウィキペディアを見てみると、
Be Best is a public awareness campaign promoted by the First Lady of the United States Melania Trump, focusing on well-being for youth, and advocating against cyberbullying and drug (particularly opioid) use.
ということで、若者の健康に焦点をあてたプログラムでとくにネットいじめであるとか麻薬の問題に取り組んでいるらしい。
