Floss Dance（フロスダンス）とはどんな踊りなのか？

WikipediaのFlossのページをみてみると…

The floss or flossing is a dance move in which a person repeatedly swings their arms, with clenched fists, from the back of their body to the front, on each side.[1] Media outlets have commented that the dance is harder to perform than it appears.

フロス、もしくはフロシングとはダンスの動きのことで、拳を握りながら腕を体の前後に繰り返し動かすもの。メディアによれば、見た目よりも難しいという。2017年の春頃からとくに子供やティーンエージャーの間で話題になったとのこと。

というわけで、動画をみて真似してみたものうまく出来てるかできていないかよくわからない。
