For these four months.

This year I went to Mikawa Onsen Skiing Ground three times in January.

We had much snow this winter.

So we had to clear the road of snow over and over again especially in February.

In March, our group, Gachi-rin （月輪 means the round moon like a ring） took part in Open Mic Night at the restaurant, Niigata Gioia Mia, and enjoyed playing music and dancing.

I can hardly remember the weather in that month.

On and after the middle of April, I have often gone out for a walk around here, and seen flowers.

And now, it is in May.

Today, I changed the wheels of my car for summer at last.

前のタイトルには何かが足りない。

I want to add something to the previous title.

｢一生懸命（または一所懸命）に｣　とか　｢～を大切に｣　などに合致する良い表現はないものか？と、いろいろと調べ、考えていました。

“hard” 以外の何か．．．。

Before I met these oxen last autumn, I never thought there was such a peaceful place so near my home.

It has been hot in Niigata for the past few days.

But now, it began raining around here.

I expect to be able to see a clear sky above here after this rain.

It may be like autumn.

Flowers

I like riding a bicycle and taking a walk.

Because I can be alone while I'm doing them.

During such times, I sometimes think almost nothing but how to get home.

For example, “which way shall I go at the next crossing?”

“Where shall I drop in on the way today?”

“What shall I eat if I get hungry on my way home?”

Each of them is a pleasant talking to myself.

The season of the bicycle will come to me very soon.

A dove in the park.

According to a dictionary, the dove is the symbol not only of peace, but of gentleness, purity and spirit.

I enjoyed playing with such a sacred bird the other day.

Doves have almost no cautiousness for human beings.

This may be one of the reasons why they have a peaceful image.

“Wait, please. Where are you going?”

“I'm going somewhere else.”

花曇り （Hana-gumori）

The Japanese word “Hana-gumori” means the dim look of the slightly cloudy sky in the cherry blossom season.

On looking up this word in a dictionary, I could learn that it means the hazy weather in spring.

“Hana” means a flower (or especially cherry blossoms), and “gumori (or kumori)” means cloudy.

I think that “Hana-gumori” is one of the most beautiful Japanese words joined a plant on to the weather.

In Niigata, it is just a “Hana-gumori” today.

However, it was a dull weather with brief light rain on the day when these photographs were taken by me.

But even so, I enjoyed seeing fine views.

I feel like taking a walk in the park.

Recently I take a walk every other day.

Though it was cloudy, I went to Terao Chuo Park this afternoon.

The tulips have begun to come out.

What did you draw for the first time in your life?

It may have been a tulip.

The pine trees have put up with strong wind and heavy snow for a long time.

And the season of fresh green has come again.

A mild rain sometimes fell down on me.

Though I had a folding umbrella, I kept on walking without unfolding it.

There used to be a railway track of an amusement park about here.

The only American of The Band passed away.

I read about the death of Levon Helm in the newspaper this morning.

Without the movie THE LAST WALTZ, I could not have known his wonderful voice and attractive drumming.

Is it Late summer, autumn, winter or spring?

What season does he like the best?

Is it the season of King Harvest?

It has surely come in heaven.

もう少しで妙見堰だったのに．．．。

8月14日午前6時過ぎ、ひとまず角田方面へ。

ひたすら平坦な道を求めて長岡辺りまで154kmを走ってきました。

以前、地図で辿った妙見堰までのコースを、『この道かな？』なんて一人でブツクサ言いながら。



折り返し地点で記念撮影．．．これといった目印になるようなものもなく（笑）。



往路はなんとなく追い風で気持ちよく、復路はなんとなく向かい風でヘロヘロ。

途中、コンビニエンスストアで焼きそばを買って、そのお店の前で座って食べていたら、どうやら学校の近くだったようで、『生徒にシメシがつかないので、すみません』と、お店のかたなのか？ご近所のかたなのか？に注意されてしまいました（．．．中高生かッ！否、中高年だ！ははははは．．．）。
いやぁ、申し訳ないやら、こっぱずかしいやら．．．。
以降、直立不動で食していました（．．．これも変か．．．）。
