Day2 of business presentation class of Pre- MBA Globis Management University.

This time, as I have done my presentation, I learned much more than last time. I could think more deeply, my first presentation was not good but that’s why I could get more feedback.

Doing is Learning.
Just do it.
The issue is Not Possible nor impossible, DO or DO NOT.

Here is my takeaway for Day 2;

•Storyline
Storyline Is the path to connect many questions to call to action.

*Think about the question.
-What kind of question the audience would have?

- Narrow the question to the most important one.
I thought, what I want to give more value to the client, so I forgot to think about what kind of question the audience would have.. again.

I am a good questioner, no shame to ask a question in front of the audience I always have a question because I know If I ask a question, the speaker will be happy that they feel that they could deliver their thought.

When I do speaker I love to have a question. No reaction is very sad...

However, I haven’t done questioning to my presentation. Next time, don’t forget,
Question, answer, message.

*Emotional and logical.
 Put numbers in the story.
Not tell the spec, 1000music in your pocket.

*Storytelling
Introduction
Conflict ( past- future, contrast )
Solution

*My presentation

This time, I did a presentation in the class. I could get many feedbacks.

My presentation was like TED presentation, because of my way to talk, pause a lot, and design of my presentation slides.

My group member gave me a lot of great advice so that I could make much better than before. Feedback is the most important practice! Thanks, group!!

*What I changed after advice?

- don’t look and read the presentation sheet
- Be more emotional, like Imagine the world like...
- Difficult understand what kind of service to offer.

Good things, this opportunity made me more confident: I thought I would be much inferior as I couldn’t practice before. Thanks to our group member, I could do better than imagine.

I’ll get feedback on emotion aí análises, I’ll share when I get them.

*Next time,
I’ll make a storyline with
   Objective first,
Think about Question I would have if I were an audience

   Component
       Introduction
       Question
       Answer / contrast
            Repeat it
       Call to action

I'll read some books about presentation...
