Today was the first day of Business presentation class Pre- MBA program in Globis Management University.
This is my memo of day1.
Thinking about “questions of audience” when create storylines, is the point I’ve never had... great step in the first day.
I was surprised that students’ presentation was so good, I’ve learned a lot and felt more preparation in the sametime.
Half of students are non Japanese, most of them comes by their own money so I felt these 2 factors changes a lot the engagement of the class comparing with Japanese classes I took so far.
Practice Practice Practice.
I’ve done a lot of presentation so far but I feel
I need much more skills to make it better. There is BIG difference from Keynote speaker of global conference.
Not just presentation talk skill but to create storyline, make story simple, emotional, logical and emphatic. Especially, I want to be a great storyteller.
BTW I was thinking of taking class in Japanese at first. But I wanted to challenge more than ever. It was lucky to challenge taking class in English. More diversity, new things, and harder for me that makes me feel better.
Also I was wondering if I take class with 2 little kids and working full time ... I met Thai in trial class who is also mother of 2 kids of same age, doing MBA course, full time working. Then I thought maybe I can make it, too.

Goals Be a great storyteller
- Be TEDx speaker by 2019 with touched talk, sharing my thought about working mother in Japan
- Acquire investments from English spoken Venture capital via my storytelling Presentation
- New Alliance with English spoken countries with my storytelling presentation
というわけで、初英語でのクラスだったので英語で書いてみました。
正直、留学した事もなく英語は不安だったのですが、もちろんネイティブレベルには劣りますが全然何とかなったので、自信を持って次回以降ものぞみたいと思います。
