Before making a reservation at this wonderful place, I took the time to read various reviews and opinions. I admit, I approached it with a bit of skepticism due to certain comments highlighting concerns about the food's quality and repetitiveness. However, my experience turned out to be pleasantly surprising.
To my surprised, our dining experiences, particularly during dinner, were far from lackluster. In my personal opinion, the food was actually quite enjoyable. What's more, the main menu managed to offer a delightful variety every single day throughout our entire stay. This notable diversity in the menu, as well as the impressive quality of the food, truly earned my commendation.
Usually, when it comes to four-star hotels in Croatia, my top recommendation for exceptional dining experiences lies in Istria. However, Grand View Hotel managed to break this pattern and surpass my expectations.
Beyond the culinary delights, the assortment of fruits available, which is particularly great for kids, caught my attention. I must also mention that the desserts were a delight as well, earning my approval.
Animations for kids was also amazing; both kids club and disco.
It's possible that the establishment listened the feedback from previous reviewers and made improvements, or perhaps my family and I were simply fortunate. Regardless, it's clear that efforts were made to elevate the dining experience.
Allow me to emphasize a paramount aspect of the hotel—the location. This gem boasts an unparalleled position, nestled right next to the beach and very close to the center. The view from the restaurant at sunset is nothing short of breathtaking, leaving a lasting impression.
Additionally, I must applaud the hotel's modernity, freshness, and impeccable cleanliness. The staff's friendliness also contributed to an overall positive stay.

Everything is brand new looks amazing. The design of the room is spectacular very fancy and expensive looking. The view from the room terrace couldnt be better its the most beutiful thing. The room is super clean u cant find one bad thing about it.

We arrived pretty early and they were able to accommodate our early check in. It was SO HOT outside, and the room was nice and cool when we walked in. The guys at reception are extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The location was great, close to the ferry port and close to the beach walking path. View from the balcony was spectacular and we didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. I would definitely stay here again, especially because the staff was so welcoming and friendly!!

We had a one night stop over in Bol, Villa Daniela was a short walk from the ferry and close to all that Bol has to offer. The pool was a bonus, the balcony with sea glimpses was perfect, breakfast was good, staff very friendly, accommodation clean, shower was fantastic.

Belado - South African Visitors

Have to say we found Belado Residence to be one of the best stays of our Croatia trip! It's a pity we only planned for 1 night!
Our hosts (Benjamin and Carl) were exceptionally welcoming, they picked us up from the harbor and took us to the residence. They explained the area's amenities and the history around the area as well as general conversations about our country South Africa and Croatia
We will definitely be coming back to Belado as we really enjoyed our stay, but this time for a longer period ☺️

If you are driving just make sure you have the correct hotel phone number because they have to come down to the access rode entrance and open the gate. Staff was very nice to us and breakfast buffet worked well.
