「トランスフェリック」という言葉、耳慣れないと思います。
簡単にいうと越境ということになりますが、私の性格とかから見るともともとボーダーがありません。
なぜそうなのかというと２２才の時出会った先生に「人を動かす」という本を勧めてもらい読みました。
この本は世界中の人に読み継がれていますが、その中に「他人に誠実な関心を寄せる」ということが書いてありました。
「人を動かす」と言っても決してコントロールするという意味ではなく HOW ＴＯ GET ＦＲＥＩＮＤ という意味で
この誠実な関心を寄せるというのがとてもしっくり来てそれならできるかとそれ以来続けています。
仕事がら毎日いろいろな世界の方に会いますが、どなたも自分の世界を持っていてその中心に出会うのが楽しみで生きています。
例えば全く興味ないジャンルでも「なぜこの人はこんなことが好きなのだろうか？」とか
「なにがこの人をそうさせるのか？」と考えるのでいつでも好奇心を持って人に接することができたりします。
そんな毎日の中で出会うすばらしい経営者をサポートするための会員組織を作りました。
個別コンサルティングとＰＲ代行、コーディネート、ビジネスモデルの創出とを同時にやっていこうと思います。

The TM Club
The word 'transpheric' sounds unfamiliar to many people. It literally means crossing spheres. The word is often seen as made up of innumerable spheres. But, from my point of view there are no borders there in the first place. And the 'transpheric world' is borderless.
When I was a college student, a professor recommended I should read the world's bestselling How to Win Friends and Influence People. Its author Dale Carnegie says that we should become genuinely interested in others to make friends rather than try to manipulate and control them. That was very convincing to me.
Since then I have been putting the idea into practice, which helped me to take greater interest in different people in different areas every time I meet them. Even if their specialities are unfamiliar to me, I ask myself 'what makes them tick?' Everyday I consider myself fortunate enough to be able to meet many wonderful people, including managers, experts and artists. They are so interesting that I want to know more about them. So I decided I should do more to help them grow with their expanding needs.
To support those business managers, I established a membership association called the Transpheric Management Club (TMC). Its package service includes providing individualised counselling, working as a PR agent, coordinating corporate alliances and creating new business models. The core of this business lies in assisting a wider range of membership companies and individuals in succeeding dramatically and serendipitously.
Everyday I see the 'transpheric effect' growing here, there, and everywhere in the TMC. I sincerely hope that more and more people and companies will join in making things happen together.
