Japanese culture made NEET, I think. There are two NEET, temporary NEET and real NEET. Certainly economic depression made many NEET. We are in the face of economic depression, so we cannot find the job easily. But this is temporary NEET. This NEET will die in 2007.Because the baby-boom generation will retire from their jobs, and society call for worker. Other real NEET is made by Japanese culture, and society. Japanese tradition made NEET. There are three reasons for this fact.

And government should reconsider work administration, employ system and education system. And economic recovery is also important. Above all I think we should regard NEET as social problem.
