Every year, I-PAL Kagawa, an international exchange association in Takamatsu City, holds an event called the "Kagawa International Festival". This festival is a great opportunity for Japanese and foreign residents living in Kagawa to come together and enjoy a variety of cultural exchange events and activities.
毎年、アイパル香川（香川国際交流会館）では「かがわ国際フェスタ」というイベントが開催されます。かがわ国際フェスタでは、香川に住んでいる日本人と外国人が集まって様々な交流イベントやアクティビティを一緒に楽しみます。
Before COVID-19 exchange activities like craft workshops and book readings were held at I-PAL Kagawa, and visitors were free to participate in any activity they were interested in. For the last two years, however, in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, many events have been held online instead.
コロナの前、工芸ワークショップや絵本の朗読会などの交流アクティビティはアイパル香川で行われ、お客さんは自由にご興味のあるアクティビティに参加することができました。しかし、ここ2年間、感染拡大防止のため、多くのイベントはオンラインで開催されるようになりました。
For this year's International Festival, I made a YouTube video explaining how to make a popular treat in Canada - peanut butter cookies! When I was a kid, I could eat peanut butter sandwiches almost every day for lunch at school and never grow tired of the taste. Peanut butter is not just good in sandwiches, but in sweet treats like cookies as well!

I was thrilled when I found out how easy it is to make peanut butter cookies at home! All you need is unsalted butter, cake flour, baking powder, white sugar, brown sugar, egg, salt, vanilla essence, and of course, peanut butter.

In the video I used "Kanpy" peanut butter, but if you can find "Skippy" peanut butter at your local super market, I really recommend it. Skippy is also popular in Canada, and it is my son's favorite peanut butter brand. (My son is passionate about peanut butter!)
