I have been gaining my weight since I graduated from a college.
Well, many men tend to gain their weight because of the stress, work and any other excuse.
Now I seriously need to start to concern what I should eat and I should not eat.
I will reduce carbohydrate such as rice, noodle, pasta that many people like from now on.
5kg is my initial target to reduce my weight!
In addition, I need to improve my English skills such as vocabularies so since today is the holiday in Japan, I read the books which I read when I was a college student;
少し体重がヤバくなってきたので、少し先週からダイエット開始。
炭水化物を少なめに、夜は豆腐、サラダを中心とした食生活に切り替えています。
まずは、5kg減を目標に!
最近、海外出張はちょこちょこあったのですが、英語のブラッシュアップをしようと思い、
英語を勉強中。。。大学時代の教科書を再度みてます。。英語の語彙力、文法とかを
再度見直し。。英語ももっと、がんばろー。
