Last month my mother cleaned closet, and she discovered old story which I wrote 30 years ago. I wrote this story at elementary school. I was 8 years old. I read it after long years. And I thought this story is interesting, so I translate this story to English. Let’s start!!
Big Adventure of Prince Jon
A long time ago, there were King castle in the America. And King wanted to get a treasure which his ancestor hided somewhere. King said to prince that if prince find the treasure prince will be King. Prince name is Jon. Jon was very happy to accept King asking. King said “This is the crown for you” Jon is very strong, so until that time Jon has never lost the battle with his friend. And he studied very hard, and he is very kind for everyone. So King trust Jon, and King asked Jon to find the treasure. Jon prepared the good for looking for treasure. Two followers go with Jon. Jon prepared foods, water, spear, sword, shield, thick rope, fishing goods and world map. The day they go to big adventure is coming, and now it is the day they go to the big adventure. They ride a ship. One hour later, they found there was no gasoline in the gasoline tank. Joy thought it was strange, because they brought gasoline for three years. Jon thought there were other people in the ship. Jon said “Help me” by loud voice. But no one helped Jon. Jon and his followers looked for person in the ship. But they can’t find the person soon. The ship began to sink to ocean. Finally they found the person. He was pirate. And this pirate had the gasoline. Then the pirate attacked to Jon suddenly. Jon drove the ship very hard. And his followers beat the pirate, and they recovered gasoline. And pirate went to away. They fixed the ship. They continued their big adventure again. They found strange island, and they went ashore from ship. They had a rest. The island was very big, so Jon thought if we go to exploration, they would lose the way. So Jon decided they had enough rest today, and they would go to exploration tomorrow. They enjoyed fishing and cooking. And next day morning, they went to exploration. At noon they reached to center of island. They ate lunch at center of island. After lunch, the sky began to dark suddenly. They were very surprised, and they grasped a sword. Then they listened a strange voice. “Please give me a food, please.” And strange man appeared. Jon and his followers used their sword to beat this strange man. Then the strange man said “Wait wait wait.” Then the strange man said “I am a ghost, I was killed by pirate. I was stolen my foods by pirate, and I died by hunger. Please beat the pirate for me.” Then the ghost disappears. Then they decided to beat the pirate, they thought the pirate was in the ocean, so they backed to ocean soon. But they lost the way to their ship. Then there were lots of holes on the way. And these holes had no bottom. It was really difficult to avoid these holes. Jon and his followers wanted to beat the pirate for the ghost. So one of followers run road. Unfortunately one follower dropped to the hole. And the follower was dead. Few minutes later, the dead follower appeared for ghost. And the ghost of follower said “ I was in the heaven, and I heard next story in the heaven. There is a cave near place from here. And there is a ring in the deep place of this cave. And if you rub the ring and you say “Command”, then the God would appear, and the God will come true everything which you hope. But it is only one hope. And if you say bad hope, then you have to go to hell. Please be very carefully to go to deep place of cave, because there are many traps in the cave. Then the ghost of follower disappeared. Then they looked for the cave, first they could go through the road which there were lots of holes. Then they reached to strange town. They entered to this town. And Jon found a castle. And there were board, it said “Only high position person can enter.” Jon is prince, so Jon entered to the castle. But soldier of this castle said “Don’t enter, because your clothes are so dirty. So Jon thought Jon gave up to enter the castle, but his another follower said “Jon need to get an information of cave” Jon answered “OK, let’s go to the castle again, but we would steal into the castle in the night, and we would meet the King of the castle. At night Joy and his follower could enter King bed room safety. Jon said “Hey King, please get up.” King answered, “What, you are noisy.” Joy said “Please teach me” King answered “What do you want to know?” Joy said “I want to know about treasure which my ancestor hide somewhere. And I want to know about ring in the cave.” The King answered “I don’t know about them, but I know the person who knows about them. The person is the prisoner, and he will get a death penalty soon. Be careful.” And Jon and his follower went to jail. The prisoner said “I know it. The cave has a door which no one can watch the door. It is no color and transparent door. But there are characters which are written by red pen, and they are 1, 2 , 3, 4. This is the sign of the door. The door is the only entrance of the cave. And this entrance is very near from the road which has lots of holes. Then Jon and his follower backed to the road which had lots of holes. And they found the red characters “1, 2, 3, 4” And they could find the no color and transparent door. They could open the door. And they entered the cave. But it was so dark, they couldn’t watch anything. But they walked into deep place of cave. Then lots of spires were dropped. But they didn’t get a injury. They walked, and they reached a river in the cave, and this river, there were lots of sharks. And Pirate was also in side of river. Jon and follower decided to beat the Pirate now. Jon attacked to Pirate by body tackle. Pirate dropped into the river, and shark ate the Pirate. Jon and his follower could avenge the murder of Ghost. Jon and his follower jumped on the river. Jon and his follower walked into deep place of the cave again. Finally they found the ring. But demon appeared. And demon attacked to Jon suddenly. Jon and his follower fought against the demon. And Jon and his follower attacked on both sides. Blue blood appeared from demon body. Demon was so angry. Then demon used a super magic. Then the cave began to destroy. Jon got a ring speedy, and Joy and his follower run to outside of cave. But demon also run behind the Jon. But Jon and his follower run very fast than demon. So they could escape! Then Jon rubbed the ring, and Jon said “Command” then God appeared. Jon asked the God to come back to life his follower. After follower came back to life, they went to adventure again. After long tough adventure, they could finally find a treasure which Jon’s ancestor hide. And they backed to their castle. Then the King gave the King position to Jon. And New King Jon enjoys a life with his great followers. Then One follower was prime minster, another follower is the Foreign Minister. It is end.
I think above story is interesting for 8 years kid’s story. There are some strange story. And I think when I was 8 years old I loved TV Video adventure game Dragon Quest and animation story Dragon boll, so when I was 8 years old, I got a big effect from these TV game and animation.
