昔散々親しんでいたレコード、それも暫く聴いてないようなものを、ＣＤで聴くとアレ？って思う事がある。音が・・・ショボい。おかしいなぁとＬＰを取り出して聴いても、どうもしっくりこない。使ってるオーディオ自体が全く代わっているのもあるだろう。何かが間違っているはずだと、アンプとスピーカーの調整を見直したり、セッティングを変えてみたりもする
聴いてるこちら側が、どんどん年を取って音に対する感覚が変化したのかなとも思う。あの頃聴いた音はもう戻ってこないのだろうかと
リマスタ盤というのはそれ自体で音が変わっているので、思い入れの強い作品などリマスタ毎に買ってしまう。ひょっとすると「もっと音が良くなっているのかも」「ショボかった音が驚きの変身を遂げてる？」「あの頃の音が復活か？！」と妄想や期待を抱き、つい手が伸びてしまうのだ。レコード会社の広告等にまんまと乗せられ、ワクワクしながら散財してしまう私も悪いのかもしれないが、なんとも罪なものである
ＣＤというフォーマット自体に今では懐疑的でさえあるのだが、新たにリマスタのニュースを目にした際の聴いてないが故の期待感、結果オリジナリティが損なわれたガッカリ感に腹を立ててみたりと（笑）
２回目のリマスタが良かった、最新盤がサイコーだ、やっぱりレコードだよな等と、聴き手により印象が違っている点も興味深かったりもする・・・
