昨年スロベニアから帰国するときに検査場でワインを没収された。
そこそこの値段だったのでショックだった。
今回はその教訓を活かして無事、タイの赤ワインを持ち帰った。
「タイに赤ワインなんてあるの？」
そう思ったけど、それらしいのがあった。
Red Wineと書かれてあるけれどよく見ると原材料にマンゴスチンとある。
もはやブドウではないのでワインと呼べるのかどうか…。
けれども飲んだ感じは赤ワインだった。
ワインで言うスパイシーな味わい、ほんのりとフルーティーな香り。
これはこれでありだと思う。
値段も手ごろで2,000円もしない。
ただひとつ言えることは、
「タイ料理には合わないと思う」

This time, I made sure not to repeat the same mistake, and I brought home a Thai red wine successfully.
"Wait, Thailand has red wine?"
That's exactly what I thought.
But apparently it does.
The label clearly says Red Wine, but when I look at the ingredients, it shows mangosteen.
At that point, I wonder if it even qualifies as wine anymore.
When I drank it, it tasted surprisingly close to red wine.
A bit spicy , a hint of fruitness I felt on it.
Honestly, I kind of like it.
It is good price less than 2,000 yen, it's pretty reasonable.
There is just one thing I can say for sure,
It definitely doesn't go with Thai food.
