小さな花の詩画展＆ライブコンサート

希望の家で小さな花の詩画展を行いました。

We recently held a small art exhibition and concerts at House of Hope. The paintings on display are done by a well-known Christian painter, Tomihiro Hoshino, who was paralyzed in a sports accident and paints with a brush in his mouth. Here is his profile in Japanese.

The last weekend of the exhibition, we held two small concerts. Musicians OLIVE (a gospel folk duo) have put Hoshino's writings to music and released several CDs. They were joined by musicians CymBAL (another duo - Pastor Haruya and his brother Shinji) for a heartwarming set. (I won't be able to explain the name CymBAL to non-Japanese speakers, sorry about that!! ) At any rate, the four enjoyed being able to sing together again after a long time.
