No more today's pasta from Tatekithen? I still enjoy pasta dish while getting rid of gluten from my diet. I mean this dish doesn't bother me at all. Eating veges is the key to get faster and stronger!

I baked a squash with onnitcoconutoil at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

エキストラバージンココナッツオイルを切り口に塗って摂氏だと175度くらいオーブンで45分

Came out really nice and golden brown.

いい感じで柔らかい

Using a fork, scrape flesh in strings into a serving plate.

フォークで身をほぐすだけ。熱いので気をつけましょう

Marinate squash with salt & pepper, garlic and EVOO. Yes, it is simple. I added greens and my palm size chicken, which is proper portion for protein intake.

By the way, I am not paleo guy.

あとはヒマラヤ塩と胡椒とニンニクとオリーブオイルでマリネして更に野菜追加。シンプルで美味しいしコンニャクステーキみたいなダイエット感ありません。ワインビネガーでサラダ風にしてもいいかも。

あ、ちなみにタテキはパレオ野郎ではありません。
