Martial Arts are not just sports, but they are a way of life. She fights against and trains for nobody, but herself. I'm glad to see my art spreading out to many people. It doesn't matter why you are engaged in martial arts. For self defense, fitness or whatever reason, we all have the biggest enemy inside of our body.
