週末限定の新メニュー「エッグベネディクトラーメン」をいただきました。これ、タテキ選抜ボストンのラーメンランキング1位です！
普段は無添加なので上品な豚骨スープですが、ベーコンのお陰でパンチが効いて相乗効果！ルッコラの苦味が微妙にアクセントで早食いを防止してくれるbutお互い引き立てるブランチラーメンの完成系。
エッグベネディクトにかかっているオランデーズソースっぽいものはご自身で確認して下さい。シェフの腕とセンスを感じる一品です。
祖国ではパンケーキが流行ってるので、エッグベネディクトも浸透しているでしょう。アメリカ人に火がつきそうだな。

To be honest with you, this is the best ramen I've ever had in boston. This new menu is only for weekend at Snappy Ramen.
Snappy ramen offers no MSG, additive ramen (vegetarian option too), so their broth is very elegant flavor. However, bacon gives a strong flavor and biting into soup, so the synergies between pork broth and bacon satisfy your appetite and bring you "can't stop" situation. Arugula with garlic chips gives bitterness and a great balance as green in a bowl.
You see sauce over egg and it looks like Hollander sauce, but it's something different. I want you to find out by bringing yourself there with empty stomach for weekend branch.
This is crazy bowl and I don't want Snappy too busy, but you gotta try this. It would be perfect for hangover's branch. lol
