ウェブサイトやテレビでの演出のためでしょうか？いろいろ注文を聞いてポーズをとったりしました。お湯のスプレーをかけられてフェイクの汗を演出。外人さんみたいにタフガイになれません。

I made a bunch of poses for photo and shadow boxing for movie. They sprayed hot water on my body, so I look sweat and tough guy.
会場は思ったよりも狭く、立ち見が多いCESの方が人入るのでは？と思ったくらい。準備期間短いとか関係なく、いつも通り行こう！
I checked venue this morning. It is smaller than I thought. There is no standing place, so seats limit people coming in and watching. This is just another fight. It will be a little bit of brighter and bigger cage, thats it.

My manager, Tyson, got caution by Mr Dolce because Tyson was eating a cupcake, which is bad for health.
It was glad to have a little talk with Mr Dolce about nutrition at Spa. I hope his fighters do good job on Friday.
