実は、書くことで気がつくことは氷山の一角です。
しかしそれを書かなければ背後にある巨大なエゴは表に出てこないし、
癒すこともゆだねることもできません。
それを理解したら、これまで不毛だと思いこんでいた努力の数々が、
実は天国へ還るための本当に尊い努力だったと分かるでしょう。

In fact, what you notice by writing represent just the tip of the iceberg.
However, unless you write it, giant ego behind it would not come out or you would not be able to heal and leave it to the Holy Spirits.
Once you recognize that, you would understand that every effort that seemed doomed is actually a truly precious effort to go back to Heaven.
