暖かい日が続いたり、寒さが戻ってきたり、この繰り返しで今年も春がやってくるのですね。With warm days continuing and then the cold weather returning, this cycle repeats, and spring is coming again this year.出席者：Amy, Haruko, Akane, NoricMC&Blog: Noric今日のトピック「認知機能低下」は記憶力、判断力、注意力等が低下する状態ですが、これは治らない病気ではありません。人間の脳は80歳を過ぎても発達を続けています。食事、生活習慣、娯楽等から脳に刺激を与えることで、認知機能の低下を防ぐことができます。例として、カレー、コーヒー、柑橘類、DHA,EPAを含む魚を食べる、音楽を聴く、アクション系のビデオゲームをする、ウォーキングをする等は容易に生活に取り入れることができます。脳をいつまでも元気に保ちましょう。"Cognitive decline" is a condition characterized by a decline in memory, judgment, attention, etc. However, this is not an incurable disease. The human brain continues to develop even after the age of 80. Cognitive decline can be prevented by stimulating the brain through diet, lifestyle, and entertainment.
