今月の僕のお供ラブラブ








一見普通のおにぎり🍙ですが、使っているお塩は僕が「勝浦ふるさと大使」を仰せつかっている千葉県勝浦市鵜原の勝浦塩製作研究所のもの








このお塩はただのお塩じゃない






満月と新月に採った塩の2種類があるのですが、まろやかで深い味わい






でもそれぞれ引力の作用により含有成分が違うため、味が違うんです






今月のささやかな楽しみは妻にこのお塩で握ってもらったおにぎり🍙を食べながら、勝浦の海に思いを馳せることです

My lunch and snack this month.


They seem like ordinary rice balls but they’re not.


In fact, my wife makes them using the salt produced by a factory in Katsuura, “Katsuura Salt Factory Labo”.


They have two kinds of salt, the one produced with the sea water in full moon and the other in new moon.


Due to the gravity, they taste different, completely different.


Both of them have rich and mild flavors, though.


A small pleasure this month is to have two rice balls for lunch and one for late snack every day, thinking of the blue ocean in Katsuura.
