It’s “Setubun”, the last day of winter.
On this day, we have a custom of bean throwing, saying “Evils (oni) out! Happiness in!”.
But as you see in the picture, all the evils (onis)gathered at Enbujyo, so there’s no need to bean throw today, I believe.
