関東もついに梅雨明け☀️
本格的な夏がやって来ましたね〜☀️🐳
以下は妻からのご報告
先月千葉県の大多喜にあるお知り合いの農園で狩って来た梅
梅雨明けを待っていた梅干し作りもいよいよ佳境に入りました
土用干しです
カイザー🐶が赤ちゃんの時に使っていたケージの上にザルを乗せてお日様☀️に当てます
カイザー🐶はこの梅干しが気になって気になって仕方がない様子
今日は梅干し番をすることにしたようで、どんなに入るよう促しても、家に入りません
無理矢理入れると、ベランダに出してくれと大騒ぎ
土用干しは、三日三晩と言いますがなんだか様子を見るとかなりいい感じに出来上がって来たみたいです
紫蘇の葉も乾かして自家製「ゆかり」にしようと、一枚一枚葉っぱを広げていたのですが、途中で気力体力の限界が訪れてギブアップ😮💨
「ゆかり」はわずかしかできそうもありませんが、まぁいっか

Summer has come!!!
Below is the report from my wife making pickled plums.
I went picking plums with my daughter at a farm in Otaki last month and has been preparing pickled plums.
To finish up the process, you need to wait until rainy season is over to be dried in the sun for about three continuing days.
In order to place the bamboo strainers with pickled plums on, I used a cage baby Kaiser used to use.
He was intensely guarding the plums in the veranda and didn’t want to come in.
Besides the plums, I spread all the leaves of perillas to dry and make seasonings, but I reached my limit.
