笹に下げた短冊のお願い事は習い事や勉強の上達
自分の努力によって成し遂げられる夢や目標を書くのだそうです
その願い事は雲を突き抜け天に届くことでしょう

The Star Festival today.
Too bad the sky in Tokyo is cloudy and can’t see the stars.
We write our wishes on strips of paper and put it on bamboo tree on this day.
But the wish has to be not too personal, but an improvement of any kind of lessons or study.
They say that you need to write something you can accomplish the dream or goals with your efforts.
I’m sure their wishes will go through the clouds and will reach the heaven.
