いよいよ今日は大学院のクラス
女方のセリフの授業💬をしました
事前に勉強している「四の切」の静御前の台詞を実際に皆でやってみました
流石に大学院生だけあって、飲み込みが早い
帰るまでにどのくらい上達するか楽しみです
夜は2019年のハワイ大学でのワークショップで教えた(このブログにも何回も登場している)ミシェルの両親がやっているベトナム料理の大人気店バクナムへ
ミシェルは現在カリフォルニア大学サンディエゴ校の大学院生で、ハワイにはいませんが僕たちがお店に行くことを知らせておいてくれたため、ご両親が大歓待してくれました
今日もおいしくて大満足

Finally a day to meet and teach graduate students today.
Taught them voicing of female roles in Kabuki.
We had asked them to learn the meaning and the lines of Shizuka Gozen in Yoshitsune Senbonzakura in advance and we practiced them in person in the class.
As graduate students, they catches on fast.
I’m sure they will learn a lot by the time I go back to Japan.
And my wife and I visited one of the most popular Vietnamese restaurant “Bachman” in town.
The owner of the restaurant is Michelle’s (she appears in this blog well) father who was a UH student when I taught in the Kabuki workshop in 2019.
Now she’s studying at University of California, San Diego and can’t see her, her parents welcomed us so passionately.
Such an excellent dinner.
