夏休み
で思い出すのは毎日朝ご飯のあとに言われた「涼しいうちに早く宿題をやっちゃいなさい
」という言葉
そんなこと言われても遊ぶ方が先
宿題なんかどこ吹く風、ほっぽり出して近所の友だちの家へすっ飛んで行った
なぁ
で結局、毎年夏休み終わりには目の前の山積みの宿題📚を前に半べそ
思い出すなぁ、どよーんとしたあの気持ち
最近では朝の「涼しいうちに」って言えないくらい暑いですね

“Do your homework before it gets hot!”
When I was a kid, I would hear these words almost every day after breakfast during summer vacation.
But I didn’t care about homework and rushed out to the streets to see my friends.
Then I ended up sitting in front of the homework at the end of August, overwhelmed by piled up papers to finish.
We can hardly say “before it gets hot” anymore these days, due to the abnormal weather.
Drink a lot of water and stay in the shade so you don’t get heat stroke!
