先日、歌舞伎座が現在の予防感染対策を継続しながら客席を花道横、並びに幕見を除いて全座席を販売する体制に移行すると発表しました
今まで販売数が少なかったために切符をお買い求めになれなかったお客様に朗報です🎉
そしてこれは僕たち役者にとっても朗報です📣
やはり客席に多くのお客様がいらっしゃると、大きな励みになります
お客様の笑顔や感動していらっしゃる表情を見ることで、僕たちは舞台に立てるんです
ひとつだけ申し上げておきたいことがあります
しばしば「歌舞伎役者は国からをお金をもらっている」と言う意見がSNSで散見されますが、これは根も葉もない誤った情報です
真っ赤な嘘です
僕たち役者は国からの補助など一銭たりとももらっていません
このように実しやかに囁かれる言葉を目にする度に、本当に悲しくなります
僕たちにとってはお客様が劇場にいらしていただき、笑顔で帰っていただくことが全てです
そして直接いらっしゃれなくても、歌舞伎に興味を持ってくださり応援してくださることが明日への希望につながります

Kabukiza has announced that Kabukiza all the sections of the auditorium except the seats beside “hanamachi” and the “Single Act Seats” on 4th floo will be available from August.
Not to say their strict countermeasures against COVID -19 will be kept as they are.
This is a good news for patrons who have had hard time getting tickets due to the limited numbers of the seats available.
But this is also a wonderful news for us, too.
It is such a great pleasure to see satisfying faces of audience in the auditorium for us.
Without them, we can’t be on stage.
But pplease allow me to clarify one very important point.
I often see comments in SNS saying that we Kabuki actors get financial assistance from the government.
NO WAY!
We’ve never got such financial support from the government whatsoever!
Those comments are totally WRONG!
Whenever I see such comments they make me so depressed.
All we need is audience.
Nothing but full audience in auditorium and their happy smile.
And glad if you’re interested in kabuki and emotionally support us even if you can’t come to theaters,
I’ll be looking forward to seeing auditoriums packed with audience.
