我が家の大好きなドキドキ鴨川市にあるお蕎麦屋さんでいただく蕎麦がきは絶品














蕎麦がきが食べたい!ということで、鴨川のお店ではありませんが、妻と娘はネットで蕎麦がき用の蕎麦粉を注文






昨夜はこの蕎麦がきを中心にお蕎麦屋さん風メニューにしよう音譜ということに






僕が卵焼き、妻が照り焼き風焼き鳥、娘と妻が蕎麦がき担当














のはずが、娘が脱落






結局僕と妻でやることに…








ところがこの蕎麦がきなんだか、ふっくらもっちり感が少ないもやもや









やっぱり蕎麦打ちと同じで修行が必要なんだね😅

Buckwheat dumplings called “sobagaki” served at our favorite restaurant in Kamogawa, Chiba are superb.


Because we still have some time to go there, my wife and daughter shopped buckwheat powder for dumplings online.


As we received the item, we decided to prepare soba restaurant menuish for supper.


I made Japanese rolled omelette, my wife yakitori with teriyaki sauce, and my wife and daughter “sobagaki”.


Each of us was to charge in the three dishes but then I ended up helping them kneading the dumplings.


But there may be a kind of secret to make thedumplings more soft and sticky.


Just like soba noodle making, we need practice.
