丹念にレシピ通りに灰汁を取りながら煮詰めていきます
ゆっくりと「美味しくなぁれ」🧚🏻♂️「美味しくなぁれ」🧚🏻♂️とあんこと向き合い、朝ドラの「カムカムエブリバディ」のセリフを真似しながら作りました
出来上がったぜんざいに焼いたお餅を入れて
まずまずの出来栄え✨
こうなってくると良い小豆が欲しくなっちゃうな

It was my wife saying she wanted to make sweet red beans soup if we needed to stay home because of the heavy snow fall this weekend.
But as the situation changed, she seemed to have forgotten about the beans.
I wonder if she’s going to make it or not.
Okay, if you don’t make it, I’m going to make it.
Skimming the foam carefully, I wished the beans be tasty with the magical phrase “Make it delicious!” from a TV drama.
Adding baked mochi to the well cooked sweet bean soup… Voila!
Hmm, not bad.
Now that the soup has turned out to be a great, I want to get better red beans!
