いつも人気のこのお店、僕たちが着いた時には、20名ほどの行列





先日より気温が上がったとは言え、体感は15、6度くらい❄️





お腹も空いて余計に寒く番が来るのが待ち遠しい





漸く順番が巡って来て、お店に入ると芳しい香りの煙に包まれますラブラブ







目の前に運ばれて来た焼き鳥丼にとろけそうに







ここの焼き鳥丼はたれではなく、塩🧂で勝負という感じです





職人さんが丹念にパラパラと振りかける塩🧂が、炭火メラメラで焼いた鶏肉の味を存分に引き出します音譜音譜音譜

Had “yakitori don” for lunch at Isehiro in Kyobashi yesterday.


They serve such excellent yakitori dishes and it’s natural about 20 people were making a line when we arrived there.


Even though the temperature was higher than the day before yesterday, I felt it’s about 15 to 16 degrees Celsius.


With hunger and cold, I just couldn’t wait to be seated.


After half an hour of making a line, we’re finally seated inside filled with the savory smell of yakitori.

They serve yakitori mainly with salt that brings out the flavor of chicken.


The yakitori chefs sprinkle salt carefully to skewered chicken and grill them.
