お彼岸の入りには必ず咲いているように思います
勝浦の妙満寺はもう盛りを過ぎていましたが、一面真っ赤
なんだか極楽浄土のよう
もうちょっと早く来たかったなぁ…

Spider lilies always bloom on the first day of the equinoctial week.
In Myomannji in Katsuura, spider lilies are full in bloom and the red flowers spread out as far as eye can see, some have already started to fade, though.
Felt like I was in the Buddhist paradise.
If only I could come a bit earlier then I could have seen all the flowers in full bloom.
