選手や大会関係者のピストン輸送のためのバスや関係車両や警察ばかりが目につきます
我が家がいつも買い物に行くスーパーでは、このところ、そこここに海外からと思しきがたいのよい方々がお買い物をしているのに出くわします
大きな望遠レンズやオリンピックのIDをぶら下げた方々が大量にフルーツやドリンク、アイスクリームなどを買い占めています
選手の方々ではないかもしれませんが、関係者の方々でしょう
マンションの下にあるコンビニでも関係者の方々に出くわすこともあります
所有地内に入り込んでベンチで涼んでいる人たちもいます
バブル方式は完全に崩壊しています
一概に海外からのオリンピック関係者が悪いとは思っていません
僕だって限られた行動範囲の中でのみの生活は辛くて、せっかくの海外なら出歩きたくもなるでしょう
海外からの選手や関係者を拒絶するつもりは毛頭ありません
非難するつもりもありません
むしろ選手の皆様の健闘をお祈りしています
ただこうなることが容易に想像できたにも関わらず、あたかも完璧かのようにバブル方式を掲げ、力尽くで開催の判断をした政府、東京都、IOC、組織委員会の責任は大きいと思います
今日の急増した感染者数を聞くと、大変複雑な思いを抱きます

Ariake has become the Olympic town.
Buses to transport the Olympians and concerned personnels, and police vehicles are constantly commuting.
At the supermarket we usually go, we see foreigners in great shape hanging Olympic IDs or zoom lens cameras purchasing dozens of fruits, boxes of drinks and ice creams.
They don’t seem to be active Olympic athletes but most probably the concerned personnels for sure.
I sometimes happen to encounter such ones at the convenience store in this apartment.
Some of them sit on benches to cool off in private property.
The so to say “bubble” that they have set are already broke down.
I’m neither blaming the Olympic itself nor the Olympians and the concerned personnels.
Rather, I’m cheering for them and welcoming them.
But what I’m blaming is the responsibility of the government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, IOC and the Olympic Organizing Committee who forced to decide to hold the TOKYO 2020 and deceived us as if it had been perfectly safe in this critical situation, though this would easily be imagined.
Now that the number of infection in Japan has risen to nearly 3,000, I am deeply disappointed by those who have deceived us.
