毎年娘と作っているのですが、今日は僕一人でやるハメに😢
最近の我が家のレシピは、白玉の生地を20分寝かすもの
この方がもちっと美味しい
今年も美味しくできました

Speaking of “obon”, the main event of our family is making “shiratama”, dumplings made of rice flour.
So, it’s my turn to make desserts.
I would make it with my daughter but not this year.
Our favorite recipe for shiratama is letting the dough rest for 20 minutes and it’ll get more chewy.
Well, I think our ancestors will love this.
