The forerunner of such efforts to support disaster victims as a hotel was Hotel Mikazuki in Chiba, I guess.
They supported locals by having a soup run and opening their bath for free for quite long period two years ago when a typhoon hit there.
This courageous action taught us what was the true meaning of “hospitality”.
