Kaiser is watching TV seriously first thing in the morning.
Tokyo and other major cities are placed under quasi-emergency measures replacing the state of emergency.
Whatever the naming is, what we have to do is nothing different from before: avoiding non-essential and non-urgent outings and the 3 Cs.
So Kaiser also needs to stay home and watch TV.
Time to stay patient, still.
