蓬🌱をいただいたので、家にある餅米を使って蓬大福を作ってみようと妻が言い出しました






ど、ど、ど、どうやってもやもや!?







気づいたら二人でああだ💬、こうだ💬と言いながら作ちゃってる







まずは蓬🌱をきれいに洗って🚿、茹でて細かく刻みます🔪











あぁ蓬🌱🌱🌱の良い香り







炊き上がった餅米をすり鉢で撞いて…あせる









で、最終的に出来上がったのがこれ








片栗粉をまぶし過ぎちゃった汗






そこら中が粉まみれになっちゃって、子どもがいたずらした後のようになっちゃった👦🏻






ちょっと失敗だなダウン







う〜ん難しい… えー?

My wife suggested me to make soft rice cake stuffed with sweet bean paste with the mugworts a friend of us had given us.


What!


But how!


Then I realized I had started to make it with her discussing about the recipe.


After boiling the mugworts, we cut them to a fine.


Mmm, I was mesmerized with the smell.


After pounding mochi rice, and we fought with the sticky mochi and finally ... done!


Voilà!


Well, I do admit that we had put too much potato starch and it ended up rather white daifuku but not green.


Starch all over as if kids made a mess.


So many things to learn. Hahaha!
