茶道と言う日本の伝統的な芸道と深く結びつき共に発展を遂げてきたからなのでしょうか
ネーミングも詩的だったり
洋菓子のようにたくさんの食材を使わず、潔いほどシンプル
和菓子を通して今なお日本の四季❄️🌙🌸の美しさに時に気付かされることもあります

Received a box of pretty Japanese sweets.
Compared to western sweets such as cakes, they are quite simple but elegant and makes us feel beautiful Japanese four seasons.
With less ingredients, its simple forms and poetic names, they express the world of four seasons we Japanese are proud of.
The profound beauty is probably coming from it having been deeply intertwined with traditional tea ceremony.
Even now, Japanese sweets make me realize the beauty of our four seasons sometimes.
