日蓮聖人生誕800年で盛り上がった鴨川



さて昨日は、我が家とご縁の深い鴨川市では大きな大きなイベントが行われていました





今年は日蓮聖人の生誕800年🎊🎂






日蓮が誕生した地に建てられた誕生寺では、記念の大法要と様々なイベントで地元の方々が協力しあってがお祝いをしました













僕は伺えなかったのですが、100年に一度のお祝いで、このところ台風被害やコロナで暗くなりがちだった地元もきっと新たなる100年に向けて盛り上がったのではないでしょうかアップアップアップ








美しい竹燈籠のライトアップメラメラはさぞや地元の方々を明るく照らしてくれたことでしょうアップ










この日の向けて準備をして来た鴨川ホテル三日月の小高社長が伺えない僕にたくさん写真を送ってくださいました





コロナ禍🦠で多くの制約がある中、また前日は荒天雨DASH!波となり多くのご苦労があったことと思います

A big commemoration was held yesterday in Kominato, Kamogawa where our family is closely connected to.

The octocentenary of the birth of Nichiren was celebrated in various ways at the Tanjyoji Temple built in the area Nichiren was born.

I can easily imagine how much it has invigorated the locals who had had hard days due to the typhoon hit the area in 2019 and COVID -19.

The beautiful bamboo lanterns lighted up their hearts, I’m sure.

President Odaka of Kamogawa Hotel Mikazuki dedicating her days to prepare for the event sent me the pics below.

I guess there must be a tremendous efforts and hardships in preparation of the octocentenary due to the regulations to prevent the spread of the virus and severe weather.
