Kabukiza is closed today.
Confirmed it to everyone I saw at the backstage yesterday.
Double checked it at the information board of the entrance on the way back home again.
Then rechecked before going to bed last night and after waking up this morning.
I checked it again and again.
Every minutes, I see a clock and talk to myself; “it’s time to go to the dressing room”, “time to start putting makeups on”, “time to wear costumes”, and “time the curtain rises”.
Going back to the starting point, is the theater REALLY closed today?
