手作りケーキ🎂など

何日も前からYouTube🖥 や料理本📕📗で勉強していた腕前を披露

昨日は遠く青森に行ってしまった姉一家とzoom💻で繋いで互いに近況報告などしながら、クリスマスディナー🎄🥘🥂みんなで楽しくいただきました

そして実は僕のもう一つの使命は

伊勢エビ🦞を捌くことだったんです

これは以前にも書きましたが、我が家には大きなトラウマがあるからなんです

Did you enjoy your Christmas dinner last night?

We had bouillabaisse with seafoods fresh from thesea in Chiba,

Mushroom risotto,

Turban snails sautéed with garlic butter sauce,

Christmas green salad with ruby red grenadines,

Homemade Christmas cake, etc.

In charge of risotto, I had studied how to cook on YouTube and books.

And I think I did well.

Had dinner setting up a zoom call with my sister and her family in Aomori.

By the way, I was also responsible for dressing Japanese lobsters.

I have written about it before but we have trauma for dressing them.
