上新粉で作るんじゃない
いやいや白玉粉と上新粉を混ぜるんだよ
と一家で盛り上がり
結局、白玉粉と上新粉を混ぜて作ることに
ところで気づいたら僕が作ってる
今日は焼き餅作りか…
でも作ってみたら、これがなんと大成功
めちゃくちゃ美味しい焼き餅ができました
本人的には焦げ目のつき方が不満だったから70点
でも妻曰く💯だって

My wife brought up the idea of making “yakimochi” with shiratamako.
It’s a lightly baked mochi filled with sweet beans.
Then we went crazy for discussing about ingredients.
Consequently we decided to mix shiratamako and jyoshinko in the end.
Uh-oh!
Then I ended up making mochi!
Well, this is how I spend the day-off.
Let me tell you that the mochi I made turned out to be really great.
Despite myself assessment of 70% because the way I browned it was a little less than I had wanted to, my wife told me it’s 100 %.
