歌舞伎座楽屋口近くにあるジャムパン専門店「月と花」
昨年開店した当初から行列ができるようになり、午後早い時間に売り切れて閉店します
一度食べてみたいと思っていたら、先日入手できました
僕が食べたのは「島バナナ🍌とレモン🍋」
写真上は「ブルーベリーと木苺」
下が「島バナナとレモン」
甘みを強くすると皆同じ味になってしまうからという理由で、その果物🍎🍊🍌🍇🍓🍑が持つ酸味にこだわっているというだけにちょっと酸っぱい
でもこれが美味しい
パンもこだわりのフランスパンを使っていて外はパリッと、中はふんわりもっちり
これは行列できちゃうね

Ginza has made a comeback and there are many shops and restaurants people making lines.
The bakery shop “Tsuki to Hana” that sells only jam buns are among them and located close to the stage door of Kabukiza.
It has opened last year and people are always making long lines and everything will be gone by the early afternoon.
I happened to have a chance to eat one of the 11 kinds of buns.
I chose “Island Banana and Lemon” which was not sweet but sour.
To keep the flavors of fruits as they are is exactly what they stick to.
And bun, it’s crispy outside and chewy and fluffy inside.
No wonder why people are crazy about the shop.
