我が家の七草粥🌿🌱は土鍋で昆布だしで炊いたお粥🥣に












刻んだネギの青い部分も加えた七草🌿🌱を加えます








最後に鰹出汁ベースの醤油餡と白胡麻をかけていただきます音譜









賽の目に切ったお餅も入ってラブついついお替りしちゃう🍚






お正月のご馳走で酷使した胃を休めるためなのに、これじゃあダメなんだけどゲラゲラ

On January 7th, we eat seven herb rice porridge in Japan.

The one we have at home is awesome!

My wife cooks the porridge in clay pot with kobu dashi (kelp stock), minced green onion, herbs and diced mochi.

Then pour starchy katsuo and shouyu sauce and eat it with sprinkled sesames.

Sooo good that you always want for another, although we eat porridge to give stomach a break.
