60年前、僕が生まれたのは伊勢湾台風の最中でした
そのせいか台風はなんだかとても人ごととは思えません
前回の台風で大打撃を受けた房総半島が再び被害を受けなければ良いのですが
まだまだ復旧の最中
鴨川市の全戸にやっと電気が通り、これでやっとホッとできた気がする、と被災者の方々に無料でお風呂を開放し続けたホテル三日月の小高社長から喜びのメールが来たばかり
もうこれ以上、誰も苦しむことがありませんように！

It was during the Ise Bay Typhoon when I was born 60 years ago.
Maybe that’s why I’m concerned about typhoons.
Heard that another typhoon is coming upward to the Japanese Archipelago the end of this week.
Hope there’ll be no damage in the Boso Peninsula where victims are still struggling with the difficulties caused by the disaster.
It was only two days ago the president Odaka of the Hotel Mikazuki which has been opening their beautiful baths to victims, saying that at last the power has been back to the whole area in Kamogawa.
I sincerely hope there will be no single person suffer from damage caused by typhoon anymore.
