ここは美しい貝🐚がとれるんだ 
ランチのお供に、昨日ガラス作家の鈴木洋史さんの畑でいただいた「赤オクラ」を 
マヨネーズにお味噌を混ぜたものにディップして食べると良いと教わりました
やっぱり新鮮なものは美味しいなぁ

It's a beautiful sun-shining day as yesterday and it makes me excited.
But...
the water (the clarity), temperature, waves were much better yesterday.
Beach combing is one of our hobby on the beach since you can find lots of beautiful seashells.
Had lunch with raw red okra that glass artist Suzuki san gave me yesterday.
He told me to dip them in a mayonnaise mixed with miso.
Someone said: "Hunger is the best sauce."
Well, I say: "Freshness is the best sauce."
