どっちかな？

叶匠寿庵  でわらび餅をいただきました 

ここのわらび餅はこし餡をつけていただくんです

甘さ控えめの餡だから嫌味がなくてするっといただけちゃう 

和菓子っていいなぁ〜 

洋菓子  も美しく芸術的だけど、和菓子の世界も芸術 

「見立てる」という日本文化独特の奥深さがあるところがまたいいんだ

"Warabimochi" at Kano Shojuan in Nihonbashi.

Here, they serve it with sweet bean paste separated which is not too sweet.

The world of western sweets is of course beautiful and gorgeous but that of Japanese may seem to be simple but it's intricate by far.

It's the most beautiful Japanese cultural practice to liken something to nature or things in general, in other words to have people imagine, I guess.
