今日は歌舞伎座の顔寄せ。
その前に毎年恒例の佐渡ヶ嶽部屋のお餅つきに行ってきました。
つきたてのお餅はとても美味しいです。
佐渡ヶ嶽親方と琴奨菊関に挟まれると、私は小さく見えます。
We had "kaoyose" today.
Before going to Kabukiza, I had been to Sadogatake Stable to attend ritual "omochi tuki": pounding steamed glutinous rice into a cake, which they do every year to make mochi for new year.
Freshly pounded mochi is irresistibly good.
